    Description

    Don Crowley (1926-2019) was one of the foremost western artists,He was known for his realistic depiction of Native Americans.Like James Bama, he was originally  a commercial artist. He moved to Tucson Arizona in 1974.He began painting Native American portraits primarily of the Paiutes of San Carlos Reservation. In 1994 he was elected to the Cowboy Artists Hall of Fame. He had won many awards, and his works are in many museums This is a graphite on paper. I have been told that the study is an Apache Native American Child named Rachael.  Very sensitive and quality work. It is 12 by 8 inches and 16 by 19 inches with frame. It is signed lower right by the artist. It is in good condition. The shipping estimate will be finalized once the place of origin is known.
