Vtg 1950s Kyodo Press Co. Tin Wind Up "Tom & Dick" Railroad Hand Cars Toy Japan. 2 cars included. One is nice and functional (it is sluggish and needs to be helped along when wound). The other one has some surface corrosion and the spring appears to be broken. It also is missing the pivot wheel and connecting arm is broken/missing (see last photo). Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
