"We offer free shipping on our items and we take pride in packaging these items with care. In case you need to return an item, please make sure to include all its packaging. If your item was damaged in shipping, pictures of the packaging will be required. To ensure accuracy, I also take extra pictures and video of any special markings on the item before shipping.
Please note that if you return a different item than what I sent you or it's damaged in any way, I will not be able to provide a refund. It's unfortunate that I have to mention this, but it's necessary to prevent any misunderstandings."

PAYMENT: Before the item will ship via eBay.
SHIPPING: Tracking is included with all USPS shipments. Orders will be shipped within two business days of payment receipt, except on weekends and holidays. I can also ship FedEx or UPS for extra.
INSURANCE:  If you are concerned about accidents during transit, please let me know before payment so that I can add insurance. I pack very well, but accidents can happen.

RETURNS: We offer 30 day returns for reasons of misrepresented product with written reason. Buyer pays return shipping. 7-10 days after product has been returned and inspected (see above) you will receive a refund.
