    Vintage 1977 Tomy Wind Up Walking Penguins
    The darker one is the one from 1977.   The other is also TOMY but I don't see a date on it.   Both wind up and walk.  Sometimes after a few steps, you have to touch them to get them to walk more. Probably some scratches on the plastic surfaces.
