Description

Press kit for the Avco Embassy movie TULIPS (1981) starring Gabe Kaplan, Bernadette Peters and Henry Gibson. Directed by Rex Bromfield, Mark Warren, and Al Waxman.
DESCRIPTION: Studio folder with red movie logo on front cover. 10 8x10 b&w stills. The stills are protected in a waxpaper sleeve. 17 movie information packets (50 pages total): opening announcement, credit list, production notes, 'Shorts', 4 'Features' (Kaplan, Peters, Gibson, and Waxman), and 9 cast and filmmaker bios (Gabe Kaplan, Bernadette Peters, Henry Gibson, Al Waxman, John Bennett, Harold Greenberg, Donald Carmody, Rex Bromfield, and Henry Olek).
CONDITION: Folder is VERY GOOD or EXCELLENT (corner bends, mild edge and surface wear), information packets are VERY GOOD or EXCELLENT (traces of rust at staples, some corner bends and slight edge wear, and staple removed from credit list), and majority of stills are VERY GOOD or better (6 are VG due to faint surface bends or slight edge wear; 3 are Good due to margin wear at corner, crease, or slight yellowing; and 1 of B Peters is Poor due to scuff at center of bottom edge).

STORAGE - All my items come from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
PACKAGING - Very secure. Examples: press kits and stills mailed via First Class are wrapped in plastic, and sandwiched between pieces of cardboard within the mailer. Items shipped via Priority Mail are wrapped in plastic and protected in a sturdy cardboard box.
