    Description

    Complete Tube Beading Tool Set. This is a proven aerospace tool. Available to the public by popular demand. Manufactured in California using 100% USA materials. Useful to form a bead on rigid tubing for hose and hose clamp applications. Works on 1/4" to 6" O.D. tubing. Can be used on aluminum, copper, steel, and stainless steel. Critical parts are made form heavy duty H13 tool steel for demanding stainless steel tube applications.
    Our customers include Boeing, Los Alamos National Laboratory, US Marines, US Army, Sandia National Laboratories, United Launch, Spawar, and SpaceX. Creates a bead per mil-spec MS33660D (see photos) and SAE Aerospace AS5131.
    Vise v-blocks are designed to work with most bench vises. Securely holds round shapes from 1/4" to 1". Made in the USA from hand-poured semi-soft polyurethane. Powerful neodymium magnets hold the v-blocks to a vise. Approximate dimensions for an individual jaw are the following: Length: 6.0", Width: 1.0", Height: 1.125". Can be sawed to precisely mate with smaller vises.
