This vintage stenograph or stenotype machine was manufactured by the Hedman Company for Stenographic Machines, Inc., Chicago, USA. It comes with a ribbon and paper, but both need replacing.
Condition:   good vintage condition. The metal and keys show virtually no wear and no signs of rust or corrosion. The ribbon and paper need replacing. The case is intact inside cover  shows signs of wear  from age, the handle is in excellent condition and the latch works perfectly.
we think all the keys work , but not knowing how to use this item is being sold as-is and for parts .
