    #49 Phoenix Coyotes practice jersey that was worn by forward Alexandre Bolduc who was with the team from 2011-15 after playing for the Vancouver Canucks from 2008-11. He had zero points in 19 combined games with the Coyotes including 16 games in the 2012-13 season and has played in European pro leagues (KHL, DEL and EIHL) since 2015. This is a size 56 CCM jersey that show light overall use with some sleeve wear. The #49 now is retired by the Coyotes in honor of 9-year-old fan Leighton Accardo who died in November 2020 after an 18-month battle with cancer. She was inducted into the franchise's Ring of Honor on April 17, 2021.
    Everything is sewn on this jersey which has a fight strap. The Coyotes wear numbered practice jerseys in development camps, rookie camps and preseason training camps. One numbered CCM jersey was made in several colors and the Coyotes used them from 2003 to 2014.
