Description
This is a rare New Jersey Devils 1982/83 Inaugural Season Road Red Size 54 Sandow SK Mesh Game Worn Jersey # 14 of Steve Tambellini. Steve would play his Junior Hockey in WCHL with the Lethbridge Broncos 1975-1978. Steve would be drafted in the 1978 NHL Amateur Draft in Round 1, # 15 Overall by the New York Islanders. After 3 seasons with the Islanders and a member of their First Stanley Cup he would be traded to the Colorado Rockies where he would play two seasons and relocate with the Franchise when they would become the current New Jersey Devils and score the Devils first ever Hat Trick. Steve would go onto play for Calgary and Vancouver until 1988 and finish his career in 1989 in Austria in the European League. This a great hockey collectible a former much respected and accomplished NHL player and British Columbia Hockey Hall of Fame player.
