Ink on Paper Watercolor Woodblock Art Two Men with Ornate Frame Beautiful

This is a very interesting piece of two men.  It appears to be a watercolor, or perhaps a drawing.  There are small areas that appear to have been originally done in pencil, and then gone over with ink.  I took it out of the frame and tried to find the artist, but I wasn't able to.  Either way, it is a really cool piece in a nice frame.  Could be a  treasure!
