Tested works well. There is some FRAYING on the collars (2) see photos.
There are a few scratches on the collars, remember these ***ARE NOT NEW.***  Purchased in 2008.
Comes in the original case with an extra collar so you get 2.
I have thoroughly tested and cleaned the collars to the best of my ability. We even drove 2 miles down the road and it worked well, (it tracked us right back to the collars).
