In 1982, Disney decided to replace the original Leopold Stokowski soundtrack with a new, digital recording in Dolby Stereo with conductor Irwin Kostal. Kostal directed a 121-piece orchestra and 50-voice choir for the recording that took place over 18 sessions at CBS Studio Center in Los Angeles and cost million to produce. This Press Kit presents background information of the rerelease, a breakdown of each song in the soundtrack and six movie marquee photos worthy of a frame. This is a rare piece of history for Fantasia fans and overall each piece is in good to very good condition.
