This Audio Authority 1385 VGA to HDMI Scaler with Advanced Video Processing makes it easy to connect a computer with a VGA output to an HDTV display with an HDMI input.
The 1385 can automatically detect the native resolution of the connected HDMI display device, then automatically convert computer resolutions ranging from VGA through WUXGA to that ideal resolution and format.
This PC to TV converter handles format, colorspace and resolution conversion without the need for third-party computer software, making it ideal when using laptop computers for boardroom and/or classroom presentations on an HDTV monitor or projector.
Designed to convert a wide range of computer video resolutions to HDTV resolutions compatible with television HDMI inputs. the 1385 is the most practical PC to TV converter available, offering vital features such as overscan and scaling, eliminating the need for complex third party video software on the source computer. The output video and audio signals are fully HDCP and HDMI compliant. Other convenient features include a separate digital audio input and output (Toslink™), and stereo analog audio input and output jacks (3.5mm).

Overview
Audio Authority offers the most practical PC to TV converters available, with vital features such as overscan and scaling, eliminating the need for complex third party video software on the source computer. This VGA to HDMI converter is designed to convert a wide range of computer video resolutions to HDTV resolutions compatible with television HDMI inputs. The 1366 output video and audio signals are fully HDCP and HDMI compliant. Other convenient features include a separate digital audio input and output (Toslink™), and stereo analog audio input and output jacks (3.5mm).

Premium air service that provides overnight delivery to most (but not all) US addresses.  Better tracking and faster delivery than Priority Mail.  Saturday delivery is included at no additional charge.
USPS First Class Mail
Economy service for items weighing less than 13 ounces and valued at less than 0.  This service is typically a day slower than priority mail and since scanning is optional, the tracking is of limited value.
UPS Ground

Priority Mail Express International (EMS)
Our preferred international shipping method for all international shipments because it offers the best tracking as well as the fastest and most dependable delivery.
Priority Mail International
Available for items under 0 in value.  Cost is somewhat lower, although delivery is typically slower and tracking is less reliable than PMEI.
First Class Mail International
Economy service for items weighing less than 4 pounds and valued at under 0.  This is the least expensive international shipping option, but the savings comes at the expense of tracking - scanning not mandatory, so this service does not provide reliable tracking information, and the post office will not trace delayed or lost packages.

Warranty
Manufacturer's Warranty Statement
Should any consumer product manufactured by Audio Authority fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within one year from the date of the original sale to the end-user, Audio Authority guarantees that we will replace the defective product at no cost. Freight charges for the replacement unit will be paid by Audio Authority (Ground service only). A copy of the invoice from an Authorized Reseller showing the item number and date of purchase (proof-of-purchase) must be submitted with the defective unit to constitute a valid in-warranty claim.
Units that fail after the warranty period has expired may be returned to the factory for repair at a nominal charge, if not damaged beyond the point of repair. All freight charges for out-of-warranty returns for repair are the responsibility of the customer. Units returned for repair must have a Return Authorization Number assigned by the factory.
This is a limited warranty and is not applicable for products which, in our opinion, have been damaged (including lightning, water, fire, etc.), altered, abused, misused, or improperly installed. Audio Authority makes no other warranties either expressed or implied, including limitation warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Additionally, there are no allowances or credits available for service work or installation performed in the field by the end user.

USA Customers
Audio Authority typically does a very fine job of handling warranty issues, but if you prefer to deal with Cable Solutions, we will be pleased to handle the matter for you.
International Customers
Please notice that most of our electronic equipment carries a USA warranty, so all international warranty issues must be handled by Cable Solutions.  This means that you must return the item to Cable Solutions for all warranty repair or replacement issues. You will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns handled by Cable Solutions. Please contact us for authorization and instructions.

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced as described above.
Non-defective Merchandise
All non-defective returns are subject to restocking fees.  Here are some examples of the fees:

All un-opened returns are subject to a 10% (minimum) restocking fee.

Manufactured cables that are packaged in a reusable container - 15% (minimum)

Shipping/handling fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses related to the return.  In the case of items with "free shipping", customary shipping/handling fees will be added to your restocking fees.
In order to qualify for the rates shown above, we must receive your return within the first 14 days following the day you receive your order.  In cases where the item is returned incomplete, or in less than perfect condition, we will evaluate the restocking fees on a case by case basis.
