Antique Lehmann 1903 Tap Tap gardener porter #520 tin wind up German armless toy

Up for auction to U.S. customers only is an old tin wind up figure of a porter or gardener pushing his cart made by Lehmann of Germany and dated 1903. The piece is 6" long and 6" tall. He is missing his arms and has wear to the finish. The wind up mechanism works fine and the wheels move the cart forward. I'm not sure if the legs and feet are supposed to make a striding motion; if so, they don't. A nice old piece.
