Original Irish Art Sketch on paper in charcoal or possibly pencil c.1820 by Samuel Frederick Brocas of Dublin, Ireland. This is a singular piece and was in possession of the Guinness family for some time. S F Brocas is a very well-known and collected Irish artist from the early 19th Century. There is a natural, expected patina to the paper. This comes with a penciled note on the back as shown, as well as the article also shown here advertising the 1986 event at which the item was purchased in Dublin from the Guiness family. It is a 15" x 11/1/2" sketch in a 21" x 17 1/2" frame and is matted.  ** Ships to Continental U S (lower 48 ) only. **
