    Description

    Al Bergqvist was a farm boy in Iowa who dreamed of flying. In 1893 he designed and patented this idea.
    When his first prototype flew (with some modifications) people in the surrounding towns saw this gleaming saucer shape in the sky and this created quite a stir!
    This also became the first reported sighting of a UFO
