Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  Cosmetic condition is Good.  The vacuum cup-tipped standoffs mostly look as if they are new/unused.  The plastic point-tipped standoffs show minor cosmetic blemishes from use and a few have tape residues.

These standoffs have not been tested. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
