1950s Original Vintage JAMES DEAN Pastel Drawing Painting REBEL WITHOUT A CAUSE

Description

Fine and fabulous original vintage pastel drawing of James Dean, a chest-length image of the star in three-quarter profile, wearing a white t-shirt and his trademark red jacket from Rebel Without a Cause, circa 1950s, sight size 15-1/2" x 11-1/2", unsigned, presented under glass in the original painted and gilded wooden frame measuring 18-1/8" x 14-1/4" overall. In clean, very fine condition, with no evident defects (not examined outside frame).
A sensitive, expertly rendered image of the ill-fated legend at the height of his popularity. Found in central New Hampshire.
