Condition: The tin lithography is in near mint condition (please examine photos). The windup mechanism with on/off switch works beautifully. The battery driven light and siren do not work (one end of the battery compartment is missing), but do not detract from the beauty of this toy.

"DICK TRACY" is in the lithography on both sides of the hood, and in the shields on the door of the car. The Marx Trademark is on the left rear fender. 1949 F.A. SYND. is printed below the DICK TRACY shields on both sides of the car.
