    1936 SIERRA LEONE INTERNATIONAL MAIL COVER
    FROM FREETOWN TO OCEANSIDE, CALIFORNIA
    1936 Sierra Leone cover sent internationally from Freeport, Sierra Leone to Oceanside, California and franked with 1d. and 2d. Rice Field issue stamps (Scott #141 & 143). Each stamps has a "Sock-on-the Nose" cancel reading " FREETOWN / FE / 18 / 36 " (February 18, 1936). The envelope is addressed to "The Secretary, Rosicrucian Fellowship, Oceanside, California, U.S.A."
